At SWAM Ottawa, our goal has always been to keep our programs affordable and accessible for the families in our community. This winter, our pool rental costs increased by 20%, but we made the choice to keep registration fees the same. Our aim is to reduce financial barriers so that every child can access water safety and feel confident in the water. Your donations help make that possible, especially as pool fees continue to rise every session.

We’re also thinking ahead. There is a growing demand for our programs, and we’re excited about the possibility of expanding into a second pool so we can welcome more participants. We hope to invest in new adaptive equipment such as adapted lifejackets and sensory toys to improve our participants' experience in the water!
